I have read the policies and procedures for submitting a presentation to the Sustainable Solutions Conference and agree to the terms and conditions described. I have read the instructions and have included all necessary paperwork and information. If selected, I agree to submit materials by the selected due dates for inclusion in the proceedings, manual, etc. If selected as a presenter, I agree to provide an alternate in case an emergency prevents me from fulfilling my obligation and will plan my own travel and hotel. Engineered Systems Magazine (ES) requests the rights of first refusal to publish materials based on the seminar presentations. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event committee, BNP Media, Engineered Systems Magazine, and Building Intelligence Group from and against all claims, damages to person or property, losses or liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fee (collectively "claims") arising out of or caused by the presenter, hotel's negligence or travel.
